Cookie policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026 · Version 1.1
Short version: the static website code sets no advertising or analytics cookies and serves fonts locally. Hosting or proxy services may process requests for delivery and security. Native app diagnostics are separate and can be disabled in Settings.
Cookies at a glance
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser, often used to track people across pages and sites. HashKeep is built to avoid that entirely. The static website source sets no cookies of its own and includes no third-party tracking-cookie tags. This describes the site code, not cookies that a linked service may set after you leave the site.
The app: no cookies
The HashKeep Android app is a native application. The native archive interface does not use web-tracking cookies. Google sign-in or other external services may use browser cookies under their own policies. Diagnostics in the app are handled separately and described in the Privacy policy; you can turn them off in Settings → General. The native diagnostics SDK does not use browser cookies.
The website: no tracking cookies
The marketing website is static informational content. It does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party tags that set them. If we ever add a strictly necessary functional cookie — for example, to remember a one-time preference — we will document it here, by name and purpose, before it goes live, and it will never be used for tracking.
What we do not use
The static website source includes no advertising pixels, session recording or analytics-cookie tags. The native app’s content-free Firebase diagnostics are separate and can be disabled in Settings. Website hosting or proxy services can process request data for delivery and security; those requests are not a Google Fonts connection.
Embedded content and third-party requests
The website serves fonts from hashkeep.app. It does not request fonts from Google Fonts CDN. External links, including Google Play, contact their destination when you follow them. In the app, Google Drive, Google Play Billing, optional Firebase diagnostics and your configured SMTP, Telegram or Discord Delivery destinations make separate network requests. Their privacy policies apply; the app’s data paths are described in our Privacy policy.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider for hashkeep.app may keep standard server-access logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp — for security and reliability. These are not cookies and are not used to track or profile you.
Your choices
Because we set no tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. You can still use your browser's controls to block or clear cookies and to send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; doing so will not affect your ability to use the website.
Changes
If our use of cookies ever changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date and version above before the change takes effect.
